How Communication Workers Union (SLC CGIL) have claimed in the Journal of Industrial Relations Department Vodafone Italy, to convene an urgent a discussion table with the company, to clarify and define the terms of the initiative of Remote Working.
The request for a meeting was convened by the fact that it draws its foundation from the numerous reports of workers that have emerged during the meetings participated by 7 February.
At the moment we are still awaiting the company's response on the request to meet.
The purpose of the request is to open a negotiating table to find solutions that must necessarily take the form of a union agreement that makes some clarity and give references to all workers involved, given the many assumptions currently in use that continue to fuel a climate of insecurity and suggest scenarios that may not even be in the design business.
urge the company to establish soon a date for convening the discussion table, seeing otherwise be forced to undertake the necessary actions to protect children.
IMPORTANT:
We need, in view of the upcoming confrontation with the company, to collect Your comments about the Remote Working .
Please post on our blog with your comments and / or complaints, and remember that you can do it in the form anonymous using any internet connection.
