Inoltre a noi ci risulta che, già da mesi, Vodafone direttamente, o tramite i propri outsourcer italiani, ha delocalizzato parte delle attività di back office, cioè le pratiche amministrative. MEMORANDUM CONSEGNATO AL PRESIDENTE ON. SILVANO MOFFA

Dal 1 luglio per effetto dell'art. 12 septies – octies – novies – undecies la Legge 122/2010 sono state abrogate tutte le norme che prevedevano il trasferimento gratuito presso il regime generale INPS da fondi sostitutivi, esclusivi o esonerativi. Nel 12 septies peraltro viene resa onerosa la ricongiunizione verso INPS (prima gratuita) prevista dall' art. 1 della legge 29/79.

· Tale modifica comporta, di fatto, per tutti i lavoratori elettrici e telefonici i l venir meno della possibilità di ottenere il trattamento pìù favorevole tra quello calcolato con le regole INPS e quello calcolato con le regole Fondo . Rimane la possibilità di trasferire tutto all'INPS ma solo pagando costosi oneri di trasferimento o ricongiunzione .

· L'onere di trasferimento , peraltro, (circolare INPS n° 142/2010) viene calcolato con un criterio del tutto scollegato the real benefit pension that the transaction involves a reunion.

Monday to Wednesday in bed with the flu for the period (so to speak vomiting and fever ...) ke weakness ...... and then restored to power on (that's not true ... faccio finta di camminare) ieri sera compleanno di 18 anni di una mia tesorina!!! ^__^ grazie Carla!!! mi sono sentita di nuovo una ragazzina... dicevo proprio ieri sera alle mie amiche ke come me hanno compiuto 18 anni diversi anni fa di come siamo nonostante tutto ancora delle ragazzine!!! E ti guardi intorno e vedi i veri 18enni ke invece non sanno divertirsi... morti di sonno, i maschi, molto svestite, le femmine....... ma ragazzi perchè fate così???? questi anni non tornano più.... avete ancora tempo sia per dormire sia per svestirvi!!!!! Uff... scusate, non voglio generalizzare, ma ne vedo veramente troppi di giovani così!!! Va beh, andiamo avanti... oggi sono vecchia e stanca e morta di sonno io.... ma almeno ho una decina d'anni in più sul groppone... ^______^ cmq sono un po' rallentata in questo periodo..... in realtà essendosi rallentato lo stipendio nell'arrivare sono nella fase maniaco-depressiva pre-stipendio!!! T_T insomma devo rifare la spesa, pagare bollette e bollo auto, comprare diverse cosine ma ZERO!!! ancora non posso... e quindi sono depressa... l'unica cosa a tenermi in piedi sono le commissioni.... prima fra tutti la Hello Kitty della mia amica Carla.... eccola finita!!!!

Dear friends,

L’epoca del berlusconismo si conclude con un pieno successo, materiale e culturale dei tanti che hanno lavorato in questi anni per omologare il nostro paese al modello sociale americano, molti schierati a destra e, ahimè, troppi a sinistra. Fuori tempo massimo, verrebbe da dire. Cioè quando proprio quel modello è entrato in una crisi gravissima da cui non si vede via d’uscita ragionevole che non sia un ritorno all’Ottocento o, se si preferisce, il modello cinese.

Quegli accordi non sono un fatto economico, ma uno dei più rilevanti fatti politici degli ultimi anni.
L’estensione dei diritti del lavoro al mondo dello spettacolo, per cui ci battiamo, non ha nessuna possibilità di realizzazione se quei diritti evaporano dove si erano affermati, se il lavoro viene posto sotto ricatto anche laddove è storicamente più forte.
Per questo siamo tutti metalmeccanici.   

Il SIAM invita tutti i musicisti ed i lavoratori dello spettacolo a sostenere in ogni modo la FIOM e i lavoratori metalmeccanici nella battaglia in difesa degli stessi diritti per i quali anche noi ci battiamo. Il 28 gennaio, in occasione dello sciopero indetto dalla FIOM, chi non può astenersi dal lavoro vada a suonare davanti gli stabilimenti per far sentire la nostra solidarietà.

A quei politici della sinistra che salutano positivamente il ricatto di Marchionne, in quanto musicisti vogliamo invece dedicare la prima strofa di un vecchio canto popolare nato nel 1906, in occasione della presentazione alla Camera di un progetto di legge per ridurre a 8 ore il lavoro delle mondine:
