We inform you that yesterday afternoon, we met the President Hon Pasquale Giuliano and some members of the Commission work of the Senate, which, in analogy with what happened in the House of Representatives, we presented the memorandum contained in our statement of 12 January and requested the restoration of law before the entry into force of Law 122/2010.
Hon. the Pasquale Giuliano we have illustrated the impact that the changes introduced by Law 122/2010 may also determine in respect of agreements recently signed with the Government in respect of redundancies and the general situation of uncertainty present between the male and female workers in both sectors.
The President showed interest in the reasons given by trade unions making themselves available to represent the Minister Sacconi.
Given that commitment, national labor unions, abbiamo ribadito l'esigenza di un incontro in tempi rapidi con il Ministro, anche in considerazione dell'imminente discussione sul cosiddetto decreto "Mille Proroghe".
Come OO.SS. stiamo valutando di mettere in atto ulteriori iniziative utili a favorire la convocazione da parte del Ministro Sacconi.
