I Lavoratori elettrici e telefonici manifestano contro le modifiche introdotte dalla Legge 122/2010 che ha abrogato le norme che garantivano il trasferimento non oneroso della posizione contributiva dai Fondi speciali all'Assicurazione generale obbligatoria dell'Inps.
La nuova disciplina penalizza oltre modo i Lavoratori interessati senza prevedere alcuna forma di salvaguardia per coloro che perdono o rischiano di perdere il diritto a pensione, o per coloro che hanno già cessato l'attività lavorativa e avrebbero maturato il diritto alla pensione dopo il 30 giugno 2010.
