VODAFONE: SLC-CGIL "PROJECT COMPANY DISCLAIMS OUTSOURCING IN ALBANIA E ROMANIA”
Vodafone deve fare chiarezza and declare what they really intend to do, assume all their responsibilities. " So says a note in the National Secretariat of SLC-CGIL, the largest union in the industry.
We are dealing with a stratospheric profits from that business is destroying our country with obvious risks on the level of privacy protection. Who controls it the proper use of sensitive data from telephone calls to bank customers of millions of Italians? What prevents that Vodafone customers do not end up in illegal international traffic data? ".
more than a year as an SLC-CGIL denounce as the relocation of call centers by Vodafone, Wind, Sky, H3G, Telecom, Alitalia, etc.. is destroying thousands of jobs in our country, fueling a vicious form of dumping which makes the competition on cost and quality of the compass to provide services to clients TLC.
Confindustria, Government and several large companies - concluded SLC-CGIL - can not continue to pretend nothing has happened, in front of maybe a few million euro of savings on budgets billionaires, however, that result in use of social welfare or unemployment for thousands of girls and boys. "
