a result of the members and the unions Filctem, Flaei, Uilcem and Slc, Fistel, UILCOM, which saw a large presence of women workers and workers from from many regions, a delegation of secretaries of national trade unions electric and telephone, was received by the Labour Commission of the Chamber in the presence of the President Mr Silvano Moffa that has been shown and delivered the text that we present and we have asked the restoration of law before the entry into force of Law 122 / 2010.
The initiative has enabled Trade Unions to highlight also the risk that the changes could result in relation to recent agreements signed with the Government in respect of redundancies and the present situation of general uncertainty among workers of both sectors.
Following this illustration, National Secretariats as we have seen a convergence of political interests, and the opposition, which the majority, and the same President of the Labour Committee of the House who is committed to the Report of the Minister Sacconi since Jan. 12 during the coating 'Bureau. MEMORANDUM CONSEGNATO AL PRESIDENTE ON. SILVANO MOFFA
Dal 1 luglio per effetto dell'art. 12 septies – octies – novies – undecies la Legge 122/2010 sono state abrogate tutte le norme che prevedevano il trasferimento gratuito presso il regime generale INPS da fondi sostitutivi, esclusivi o esonerativi. Nel 12 septies peraltro viene resa onerosa la ricongiunizione verso INPS (prima gratuita) prevista dall' art. 1 della legge 29/79.
· Tale modifica comporta, di fatto, per tutti i lavoratori elettrici e telefonici i l venir meno della possibilità di ottenere il trattamento pìù favorevole tra quello calcolato con le regole INPS e quello calcolato con le regole Fondo . Rimane la possibilità di trasferire tutto all'INPS ma solo pagando costosi oneri di trasferimento o ricongiunzione . · L'onere di trasferimento , peraltro, (circolare INPS n° 142/2010) viene calcolato con un criterio del tutto scollegato the real benefit pension that the transaction involves a reunion.
