As President of the Parent School Aldo Moro, manifest the tremendous satisfaction derived by the news, recently learned, acceptance by the Umbria Regional Administrative Court of Appeal Our presentation to oppose the decision to transfer our children at the School of Media Nucola Orazio.
This sentence demonstrates, once again, the injustice and illogic of the transfer proposal supported in particular by the Assessor School. Project which, however, had already been carefully examined, and largely rejected by the second council committee in recent months.
Some thanks: to all parents, who believed the Committee and have consistently argued, the Law Firm Ranalli, who has managed to translate our every instance in terms of immediate effectiveness of the case, to the press, who have always emphasized to an issue so "small" but significant indication of the relationship tra i cittadini e l'Amministrazione Comunale; infine a tutti coloro, e sono stati tantissimi, che in modo spontaneo hanno fornito il loro fattivo sostegno alla nostra causa.
Il nostro impegno non si esaurisce qui, ma, di certo, risulterà ancor più rafforzato da questa importantissima decisione del Tribunale Amministrativo. Un dato è certo: l'impegno dei singoli cittadini non è mai vano, e può assumere la forza necessaria ad imporre alle amministrazioni una maggiore attenzione nei confronti dei più concreti problemi connessi al vivere quotidiano.
