Il tar dell'Umbria si è pronunciato sulla vicenda della scuola A. Moro rinviando la decisione al 9 luglio per valutare i gravi motivi sopraggiunti riguardanti le carenze igienico sanitarie e della sicurezza rilevate dalle autorità competenti nella scuola media Orazio Nucula.
